Founder of CMA, Sheryle S. Woodruff is a trainer, conflict coach and a certified mediator.  She holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Studies and Analysis/ADR.

Sheryle has co-authored the books Advanced Mediation Skills for High School Peer Mediators and Why We Do What We Do.

She specializes in preventing and managing workplace conflicts and facilitating highly productive environments.
